Chris "Fish" Fish

A passion for flavor and wealth of creativity brought Fish to home brew his first batch of beer in his bathtub more than twenty years ago. Washing kegs in boulder while earning a Physical Geography degree from University of Colorado, Fish worked his way up over the following three years from assistant brewer to brewer in Steamboat. Since then, Fish has become an award-winning, true Brewmaster. Earning a Gold (2005) and Bronze (2003) prize at Great American Beer Festival prior to the start of Telluride Brewing Co, Fish came to Telluride for the Blues & Brews Festival in 2002 and accepted a Brewmaster position with a brewpub in town. When he's not brewing beer, Fish enjoys snowboarding, split-boarding, hiking, camping, mountain biking, whitewater rafting and spending time with his family.
